Happy 30th Birthday Czarina!

My beautiful first niece, Czarina del Mar Saba, just turned 30!
And to think it seems like only yesterday
when I was just changing her diapers as a young 10-year old uncle.
OMG, that means I'm pushing 40! Shikes!...LOL
